SB1002 HFA Doyle, Hansen & Barach 1-11

Delegates Doyle, Hansen & Barach move to amend SB1002 on page 1, following the enacting clause by striking out the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 8823, fiscal year 2022, organization 0100, be supplemented and amended by adding new items of appropriation as from the Executive Message dated January 11, 2022, statement of the State Fund, General Revenue and this legislation there remains an unappropriated balance in the State Treasury which is available for appropriation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 of $167,659,400.”
